Sticky notes in a hardback binding. The 4 pads are 75mm square, and you can tear out the last sheet, when you finish the pad, and stick a new pad into the cover. (You need to use a bit of glue for this as the adhesive on the pages of the pad is very light.)

Covers are fabrics by Kaffe Fassett, which I have lined with Japanese tissue using a traditional water-based method, in order to turn them into book cloth.
