The book is made using a traditional Japanese method of repeated overlapping sheets (not from one continuous folded sheet). The double-sided structure means that you can use both sides of the panels without your work showing through on the other side. 

The concertina comes with a light-weight soft magenta slipcase. 

Covers are a bookcloth made using 'Ashridge' fabric by Petra Prins & Noel Kooiman, produced by Dutch Heritage.
